Certified as an ISSA Master Trainer, Nutritionist, and Bodybuilding Specialist, and licensed as a Nutrition Consultant through The Diet Doc LLC, Juan blends academic knowledge with real-world experience to deliver results-driven training and nutrition programs.

I'm a certified personal trainer in San Angelo, TX, Navy veteran, and competitive powerlifter with over 10 years of experience in strength training and conditioning. My coaching combines military discipline, functional strength training, and advanced powerlifting methods to help athletes and everyday people get stronger, move better, and transform their lives.
My Background
My journey began as a Navy Seabee, where discipline, grit, and physical resilience were daily requirements. After serving five years, I transitioned into civilian life and continued my passion for strength training and powerlifting, competing at both the national and local levels.
I’ve earned 1st place at the Military & First Responder Nationals (2023) and competed at Collegiate Nationals (2025), giving me first-hand experience in elite-level competition and performance coaching.
